As soon as the snow melts the FBR crew is out on the trails - pretty much every day. It is more than likely that you will see at least one of us while you're riding.

We can't wait to shred with you, so we lead Group Mountain Bike Rides every Sunday and Women's Rides every Wednesday during the warmer months. It's a great way for you to meet new friends to ride with, experience a new trail, and get a free beer ;)

Sunday Shop Ride

Plan for a long ride with a motley crew of Flagstaff's finest. Led by an FBR Crew member, the rides start at the shop and range between 14-25 miles usually (2-4 hours). We try to shake things up with new loops and trails. All skill levels are welcome - we take it at an average pace and no one gets dropped. Beers on us afterwards!

Women's Wednesday

Hit the trail after work with FBR's lady shredders. We meet at the Shultz Pass 'Y' and roll out for as long of a ride as we can squeeze in before the sun sets on us. All skill levels are welcome - the goal is to get you stoked - no lady left behind!

Tuesday Short Track

It's time to start up Short Track again! Location changes each week so check our Facebook Page for updates on where we will be each week. Short Track is comprised of a short loop which riders repeat for a specific amount of time. We run a 25 minute track. Complete as many laps as you can in 25 minutes.

All skill and fitness levels are welcome. Whether you are looking for a weekly workout or just want to have fun riding your bike, you should come out and give it a try!

Winnings: High fives and bragging rights

WHEN:
5:30 - Meet at specified location and take a practice lap or two.
5:40 - Race start: all participants start at the same time.
6:05 - Finish: participants must finish their last lap after the 25 minute mark to be considered a finisher.

Shop Yoga

So you feel a little tight in the hamstrings after last week's Short Track? Loosen up and gain some core strength and stability at our Shop Yoga class. Taught in the Vinyasa style, classes are geared towards cyclists with an emphasis on hips, shoulders, and core. Expect a good balance of strength building and flow.

Classes will be every other week as we head into summer months so check our Events Calendar and Facebook page for days.
