Get ready to pedal your heart out at another Short Track Session this week. Meet at the back of Buffalo Park, check our Facebook Page for updates on location. Short Track is comprised of a short loop which riders repeat for a specific amount of time. We run a 25 minute track. Complete as many laps as you can in 25 minutes.
All skill and fitness levels are welcome. Whether you are looking for a weekly workout or just want to have fun riding your bike, you should come out and give it a try!
Winnings: High fives and bragging rights
5:30 - Meet at the back of Buffalo Park and take a practice lap or two.
5:40 - Race start: all participants start at the same time.
6:05 - Finish: participants must finish their last lap after the 25 minute mark to be considered a finisher.
