FBR offers a Yoga class geared towards the needs of cyclists. Taught by Molly Joyce who has 5 years of experience, classes are meant to strengthen and open core muscle groups for cyclists and athletes alike.
Taught in the Power Vinyasa style with a focus on strength and stability. This style incorporates fluid movement from pose to pose with focused attention to alignment and stability when holding poses. Thus, the class progresses from a warmup, to a heated, work phase, and a final cool down.
Classes are open to all levels, plenty of modifications will be offered to satisfy both beginner and advanced practitioner.
Please BRING A MAT. We do not have many extras to supply. If you have any other props you prefer to use (block, strap, towel) please bring those with you.
